How our wash, dry, fold service works
4 simple steps for your laundry being all sorted and done
Step 1: Book a pickup
Choose Standard (48 hours) or Express (next day) and tell us where to collect.
Step 2: Bag it up and leave it out
Put everything in one bag and leave it somewhere we can find it, like outside your door. Want darks and lights apart? Use separate bags and tell us when you book.
Step 3: We wash, dry & fold
Our detergent has stain-removal properties. Tell us about any stains and we'll do our best.
Step 4: Get it back, folded
We deliver it back to your door within 15km of the store. Delivery is free on orders of $50 or more ($10 under that).
Good to know
What we don't wash
Leather items, suits, suede, shoes, wool / cashmere and silk.
Stains
Our detergent has stain removal properties. If there are specific stains you'd like treated, let us know and we'll try our best.
Sorting
All items are washed together in a single load. To have items washed separately (e.g. darks and lights), put them in separate bags before pickup and advise at time of booking. An additional $10 applies for using two machines. We are not responsible for any changes in colour or size of items washed together.
